We offer meditation classes around four times per year. We hold them in person at a good location in the centre of Oxford. They are free, but you do need to reserve a place as space is limited. In recent years, there has been a lot more interest in coming to meditation classes and we are particularly focused on helping people to deepen their meditation experience and make it a life long journey of self-discovery.
We get very good feedback from people who come to our classes. A frequent comment is that there is a lot of inspiration from meditating with other people, and it is interesting to learn about the spiritual aspect of meditation and how it can help us to discover more about our self, who we want to become and what gives real satisfaction in life.
Our classes are based on the meditation and teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a spiritual teacher who visited Oxford on nine occassions.
