This is a video I made about some things I have learnt from meditation in the past 26 years. The topics are related to Sri Chinmoy’s approach to meditation, such as meditating in the heart, using music, and also how meditation can be widened to include aspects such as sport.
Tejvan Pettinger began meditating with Sri Chinmoy since 1999. He regularly gives free meditation classes in Oxford. He studied at LMH, Oxford University and currently lives in Oxford, where he works as author and economist. He is also a keen cyclist.
